Common Questions
What data do you need from us?
A CSV export of your attendance data from your MIS (Bromcom, SIMS, Arbor, or any other system). We’ll tell you exactly which export to run — it takes about 5 minutes.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Nothing is installed on your systems. You send us a file, we send you a report. That’s it.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We’re ICO registered (ZC116413), UK GDPR compliant, and have a Data Processing Agreement ready to sign. Your data is processed for analysis, then deleted within 30 days. No student data is ever used to train AI models.
How long until we get the report?
The Attendance Snapshot: 3 working days. The Intelligence Report: 5 working days. The Complete Strategy: 10 working days.
What if we want to upgrade from the Snapshot?
Snapshot clients get the full credit toward an Intelligence Report upgrade — just pay the difference (£1,455) within 30 days. No data needs resending, as we already have everything we need.
What’s the difference between the three packages?
The Snapshot is a fast diagnostic — your top risks and patterns in 3 days. The Intelligence Report adds full student-level analysis, intervention recommendations, and a Leadership Action Plan. The Complete Strategy is a different category: it includes a 90-minute SLT Strategy Session, Priority Cohort Action Plans, the Ofsted Evidence Pack, implementation timetable with ownership, tracking templates, parent communication templates, and ongoing follow-up support at 30 days and 6 weeks.
